Our Purpose
The Morris County Industrial Recreation Association is
a non-profit Association established to make available to all member
companies and their employees located in the Morris County area of New
Jersey, participant and spectator opportunities for recreation and sports
activities.
Members
The Association services 100 corporations in the
Morris County Area. Membership fees are based on the number of employees
within the service area (a sliding scale). Members include companies such
as: Pfizer, Kraft, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Novartis, and Honeywell.
Discounts
Each member company employee receives a membership in "The
Buyers Edge".
The Buyers Edge is a consumer buying service that
guarantees the lowest prices on most major purchases. They maintain a
network of venders that offer Buy-By-Phone and Buy-In-Person programs.
Vendors categories include: Appliances, Audio Equipment, Carpeting, China
& Crystal, Computers, Fine Jewelry, Exercise Equipment, Furniture,
Lighting, Luggage, Pianos, TV & Video Equipment, Vacuum Cleaners,
Vitamins, Travel, and Automobiles. Also available: Kitchen Cabinets, Real
Estate, Moving, and Optical Plans.
