We are now taking team registrations for the Winter Session of Morris County Industrial Recreation Association’s Tennis League. Please complete this registration form and return it to the MCIRA office by December 17, 2011. Attached is a roster/waiver form, which must be completed, notarized and forwarded along with your registration and entry fee.

Entry Fee:       $1600 if payment is received before December 31, 2011

                   $1650 if payment is received after January 1, 2012

 

Registration requires payment of 2012 MCIRA Membership Dues or active membership.

The Winter session will consist of 12 matches at the Mt. Lakes Racquet Club in Mt. Lakes. League play will begin around the week of January 2, 2012. Matches are played once a week (Wed., or Thurs. from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM. A team match requires 6 players per match and rosters generally include 12 to 15 individuals.  Registration numbers will determine Level of Play offered and night of play.

 

 

I will be entering a team in the MCIRA Tennis League. I understand the Entry Fee is owed to MCIRA and I have my company’s (employer’s) authorization to enter this team(s) and all players are employed by the company. This is a binding contract.
